A few years ago I already had a dog; we were heading out one morning when a kitten suddenly dashed out of a bush—a lovely little all-grey thing, only a few months old. I put some ads out but nobody ever claimed him. He’s been the joy of our home ever since; an adorable little shadow who brings so much love and pure moments of happiness.

What a lovely story, it’s as if this little kitten chose you himself! I’m a vet student and these stories are always so touching to read. You did exactly the right thing by posting adverts to look for any potential owners. In the end, he has found a loving home with you and he clearly shows his gratitude every single day. I wish you many more wonderful moments with your adorable companion! Best regards, Romane
