Hi everyone, we have a 9-month-old Chihuahua. We put a Scalibor collar on him last night, but we had to take it off this morning because he was acting strangely. Whenever he settles down, he has little moments of panic; it’s as if he’s seeing things that aren't there, and he seems quite fearful.

We’ve bathed him twice since then to try and wash off the chemicals from the collar. Does anyone know if this is an adverse reaction?
