Help picking the best wet cat food for my new hypoallergenic kitten.

I recently adopted the kitten and I am bit lost about feeding. There are so many types of cat wet food out there. What’s the best way to start feedding a kitten with allergies? Should I mix wet and dry food or stick to just one? I would appreciate suggestions for the best wet cat food.
