Do you own a dog or cat while using alcohol or other substances?

We are researchers studying human–animal relationships in the context of substance use.

We are inviting adults (18+) who:
• Currently own a dog, cat, or both
• Use alcohol or other substances (including prescription medicines used outside medical advice)
• Are willing to complete a completely anonymous online survey (15 minutes)

What’s involved?
• An anonymous questionnaire about substance use and pet wellbeing
• No names, no identifying details
• You can skip questions or stop at any time
