Are you over 18, from the UK and own a cat that's had a urinary disorder? Please read!!

I am carrying out my dissertation research on UK cat owners’ experiences and understanding of feline urinary disorders and their management. The questionnaire should take less than 5 minutes and will help me gain an insight into owner understanding and what further veterinary support can be implemented to support UK cat owners’ understanding and experiences with feline urinary disorders.
