Hi everyone, it's been a few days since my 9-month-old Jack Russell was neutered. However, I've noticed that his willy is still popping out quite often?? I don't really get it, surely he shouldn't be having erections anymore now that he's been fixed?

Could anyone shed some light on this for me?
