Hi everyone. I’ve got a young female dog that I adopted. I took Maja in when she was roughly 3 months old, and she’s about 5 months old now. Maja has already lost her milk teeth and her adult ones have come through—all lovely and white. This is my first ever puppy, so I wanted to ask for some advice. Yesterday I found a few red spots on her bed. She’s probably come into season, which leads to my question. Maja is licking herself down there a lot and has started pulling really hard on her collar during walks; it’s like it’s her first time on a lead. Is this normal for her? I should also mention she’s not listening to commands as well, like "sit", "paw", "speak", etc. She’s a crossbreed and weighs about 18–22 lbs. Is it normal for her to be tugging on the lead like this for the last few days?
