    Hi,

    I am so sorry for the recent loss of your cat… CKD is a very difficult disease to manage, and I understand how you’ve ended up with unused Semintra.

    However, it is important to remember that reselling prescription-only veterinary medication is illegal, even if it is brand new and unopened. To stay within the rules and avoid any trouble, the best thing to do is to:

    • take the bottle back to your vet: they can take it back for safe disposal or let you know if there is a legal way to redistribute it;

    • or take it to a pharmacy for disposal if necessary.

    Once again, my deepest condolences for your loss.

    Best wishes,

    Inès
