Staffie walk duration

Evening all, I've got a 6-month-old Staffie and I wanted to know how long on average I should be walking him for? I work from 8am until 5pm, and at the moment my mum pops in during the early afternoon to take him out for 30 minutes to an hour. In the morning before I head off to work, I take him out for 5-10 minutes to do his business as I live in a flat. And once a week (Monday to Friday), he goes to either the woods or the beach for an hour to let off some steam. Do you reckon that’s enough? If you have any advice, I’d love to hear it. Thanks!

I don’t think that’s enough, to be honest. Mind you, he’s young for now, so as long as he doesn’t seem too restless or hyper it’s okay, but you’ll need to gradually build it up. An adult Staffie will need about 2 and a half hours of exercise a day.
