Hi there,
To be honest, it’s quite difficult to give you any specific advice without a photo.
I would, however, suggest cleaning your dog's eyes using some sterile saline and lint-free pads (other types of gauze can easily irritate the eyes).
Beyond that, I’d definitely recommend taking your dog to see the vet. It could be any number of things with different implications; if there’s pus, for example, it might point to an infection. Only your vet will be able to properly examine your dog, figure out what’s causing the discharge, and prescribe the right treatment if necessary.

Until you can get to the vet, clean the eye several times a day with a gauze pad and some sterile saline solution or cornflower water. Watch out for draughts or air vents in cars, as they can cause conjunctivitis!
It could be an allergen or an irritant (dust, pollen, exposure to draughts...) causing the watery eyes, but it could also be an infection, possibly the start of conjunctivitis. You should see a vet to get a proper diagnosis.
It’s hard to tell what it might be without a photo, and we aren’t vets – only a vet can tell you what’s wrong with your dog.
