You can see a very athletic black dog in the photo, but 'black panther pit bull' isn't an official breed name. It looks more like a crossbreed of a mastiff type (something like an American Staffordshire or a pit-type dog), but only a professional (like a dog trainer, a vet, or a rescue charity) will be able to give you a more reliable opinion in person.

If you're looking for this kind of dog, make sure you look into the laws regarding restricted breeds under the Dangerous Dogs Act, and don't hesitate to get in touch with local shelters or specialist rescues: there are often dogs like this up for adoption.

Personally, I love the 'black panther' look too, but I stick to accessories for that: I've got a stainless steel panther ring I bought from Celesta, which means I can have the style without worrying about the breed or the law.

Hi, I think you must be talking about the Canis Panther, a breed developed in the 1970s by crossing a Dobermann with a black Labrador, a Great Dane and an American Staffordshire Terrier

Hi, it’s a black American Bully, not a Pit Bull. Plus, you can buy or adopt them in France as there are plenty of breeders, just like for American Pit Bull Terriers or Staffies. However, to adopt an American Bully—unlike with Pit Bulls or Staffies—you don't need a special licence, as long as you get a breed assessment done by a vet when the pup is 8 months old.
