Pinscher x Chihuahua cross puppy

I’ve got a 6-month-old Chipin who is a total sweetheart because he gets out plenty and I play with him a lot. Like any animal, especially when it’s a puppy, you have to invest your time and energy—especially at the start—to train them and set some boundaries. My Chipin is funny but he likes to test the limits and has a really strong personality. You’ve got to socialise them very early, otherwise they’ll bark at every single person or dog they meet. He has no idea how small he is and he’s very bold; he could easily end up putting himself at risk. On top of that, he’s incredibly loyal and brave. I have cats and a Chihuahua and it’s all very harmonious because everyone knows their place and I did the introductions properly. When you get a pet, you should do it for the happiness they bring, but in my view, you really need to think about the kind of life you're going to offer them. If it's just for them to be bored or left on their own, I think that's very selfish. It can only lead to trouble and you won't get that proper bond. It’s never the animal's fault, but the owner's. As for kids, mine are grown up and know that a dog isn't a toy. Those little legs are fragile. Mine weighs about 6 lbs and I think he’ll get to around 7.5 lbs. My Chihuahua weighs just under 5 lbs. I’m not a breeder and they aren’t related. They really add to the harmony of our home. I work, but I’ve made arrangements and my children understand their needs, so they’re never alone—not to mention they’re the neighbourhood mascots and I have some local elderly friends who act as "backup" to take them for walks. They have a life expectancy of over 15 years and it’s a real commitment. The RSPCA and local rescues are full of animals because of a lack of reflection in the first place...

Hi everyone, I’ve adopted a little Pinscher-Chihuahua cross; she’s 8 months old and weighs about 4.2 lbs. She absolutely adores our two cats, who are 18 months old, and they really love her back. She’s very cuddly and is such a bright little thing. Of course, she loves playing and is full of beans—there’s never a dull moment with her except for when she’s asleep!!! I’m honestly so happy we adopted her; she’s such a sweetheart and so easy-going.
