In your photos, the puppy looks like he’s lying down rather than sitting.
The penis popping out of the sheath when a dog sits has nothing to do with masturbation (that’s just a typical bloke's anthropomorphic reaction); it’s purely down to anatomy. When my dog sits, his penis comes out. There’s no masturbation or sexual arousal involved, it’s just the way they're built.
As for the pointy shape, well, that’s just the normal shape for a dog’s penis! ^^
Actually, if his penis was out while he was sitting, I think it’s because he was masturbating (sorry for the word! 😅) just before. As for his walks, he hasn't been out for a while because he’s been on a course of treatment. Thanks so much for your reply 😊.
