For the last few nights, my dog, who sleeps in her basket next to my bed, has been letting out a really loud scream – it's honestly horrible, and being woken up by it is so terrifying! She doesn't seem ill or scared herself, but it leaves me shaking!

The vet has examined her and she's even had an ultrasound, but thankfully they didn't find anything! So, it's a total mystery.

    I’d agree with that too, dogs definitely dream and it’s so funny to watch them. Sometimes they twitch their paws as if they’re walking or make little noises, and you can really tell they’re having a great time in their dreams... so why wouldn't they have nightmares as well? Maybe they’re scared of the cat from next door or remembering that time they got a proper telling off... lol
