Just one thing: being in season and infertility are two different things.
A female dog can go into season and still turn out to be infertile; conversely, she might not have a season for a while (which could be due to various factors like health, weight loss, etc.) without necessarily being sterile.
If she’s had them once already then she'll be fine, and yes, it’s up to Mother Nature, lol.
Just be careful when the litter comes and make sure you know exactly what to do, as whelping can be quite difficult for some Setters.
