I adopted a Chihuahua puppy about 2 weeks ago; he's 3 and a half months old and weighs 5.3 lbs (2.4kg). I've been checking breed weight charts online and it seems he's well above the average. Is it because he's going to be a large Chihuahua, or is this considered a "normal" weight for a Chihuahua puppy of this age?
