Hi everyone,
This might be one of those questions without a definite answer... but if there's a reason behind it, I'd really like to know. I was honestly stunned for a good while, just wondering why on earth she did it...
For a bit of context:
I've got an 8-month-old Cavalier who is 'mostly' house-trained (we still have the odd accident). For instance, we'd just gone four days without a single accident indoors.
Since it's summer at the moment, we keep the patio doors open whenever we're in. She can come and go as she pleases to do her business or play.
In the evenings, we often watch a film in bed, and she's allowed to join us. Then, it's off to her dog bed when it's time to sleep.
So, here's what happened...
Yesterday was a normal evening: she was outside chasing moths, while we hopped into bed to watch a film. Then she comes back in (to join us as usual), jumps onto the bed and—bam! A massive wee right in front of us on the duvet (even though she'd literally just been outside a minute before).
Honestly, I haven't got a clue... she's never done anything like that before!
Do you have any explanation? Or did she just have a little accident?
Thanks in advance if anyone has an answer!
