Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice. My cat Nala is just under a year old and she was in heat for the first time about 3 weeks ago (we have a male cat at home as well). Everything seemed fine, but for the last 3 days, Nala hasn't been moving around much and she’s been making little grunting noises while she sleeps or rests (she’s never done that before). She’s also started licking her back end constantly. Yesterday, when I checked her, there was some sticky pink liquid coming from her vulva and she’s still licking it. She’s still not feeling any better; she just finds a quiet spot and sleeps... I’m planning to call my vet on Monday to find out more and take her in... does anyone know what this might be? Or has anyone had a similar experience?

Pink discharge from my cat's vulva - HELP

I’ve attached two photos which might help clarify things. I’m really worried as Nala is quite delicate (she’s already been treated for cat flu before). Thanks in advance for all your replies.
