You can pick up a tick tool at any chemist; given the size, you’ll need to use the larger one (they usually come in packs of two different sizes). To remove it, slide the tool under the body and twist anticlockwise. Check that the head is definitely out, then disinfect the area (with an antiseptic spray, for example).
