How long can kittens go without feeding?

Good evening,

I'm really worried because my cat went off earlier this evening and I don't know where she's got to, and she had three kittens on the 21st of July, so they're only 14 days old. Since I don't have a cat flap, I've had to put them in a large bag with a warm jumper and some towels at the bottom so they can stay outside without getting cold, near her food bowl. I wanted to know how long they can go without eating? I'm terrified she won't look after them during the night. Am I just over-worrying or not?

Zanaya wasn't attacking you, you're the one getting a bit worked up here. We don't know the full story, which is why the question was asked, though having said that, there’s nothing stopping you from getting your cat spayed. It’s the absolute bare minimum if she goes outdoors, and I’m not being judgemental, it’s just common sense. Anyway, never mind. As Zanaya said, find your cat and get the bottles ready; if she leaves them on their own again, you’ve got to ensure they survive now that they're here. And get her spayed afterwards.

Look, first of all, everyone needs to calm down. They’re under the lean-to and my cat’s never had a litter tray, she lives outdoors, so I’d like to point out that it’s me who has to clear up the mess everywhere and not anyone else, so I can’t just bring her in! I’m not being irresponsible, the proof is that I’m actually asking for advice!!! I’m not stupid either, and what do you want me to do? I’m not going to force the person I live with to pick up my cat’s poo, am I?! So yeah, people need to stop with the criticism and talking when they don’t know the full story, especially since she only comes in during the day because the little girl is scared of her and allergic!!!!
