Hi everyone,

My cat has been lying down all day. This evening, while watching her walk, we noticed that the skin towards the back of her tummy is sagging quite a bit and is slightly swollen, like a lump.

I've attached a photo.

It doesn't seem to be painful to the touch.

She was spayed 4 years ago.

Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?
