Can you give a cat tinned sardines?

As most people probably know, you're not really supposed to give cats tinned sardines.

I know it's a bit of a daft question, but I'm going to ask anyway.

Is it possible to rinse the sardines (with water) and then dry them out?

I hope I haven't shocked anyone with such a silly question!

I'm so sorry.

Wet food is a massive hit... they love it, and it can be used for conditioning... if you give them wet food at 6 pm every day... you can be sure the cat will be there at 5.55 pm... every single day, and it's a good way to get them back safely if they've been out wandering about...=)...

everything can be shared... there are no rules on that, it just depends on how well they get on with each other... just like us humans...;-)

Okay, and can two cats share the same bowls (dry food and water) and the same litter tray?

You can give wet food once or twice a day, or just a few days a week. It also depends on whether your cat likes it or not.

Ok, we eat a lot of fish cooked in foil, and I can give him wet food, but how often??

If your parents are ever making fish fillets, ask them to set a little bit aside and bake it in a foil parcel in the oven.

100% natural, with no preservatives or chemicals ;)

For example... it’s apparently not recommended to give "tinned sardines"..... it’s better to give "wild-caught ocean sardines"...... looking at the marketing labels.... when it comes to quality, it’s like day and night.... it doesn't matter what kind of fish it is—tuna, grouper, sardines, even shark, why not... lol...

Ptite fleur: you told me I should rinse tinned tuna, and that’s exactly what I wanted to ask about sardines – can you rinse those too?
