We use butcher-grade meat, used within 2 to 3 days of slaughter, just like meat for human consumption. To keep the fat content low, we use lean cuts supplemented with offal like kidney, liver and heart.

I’ve never belittled or slated anyone for their opinions; it’s the lack of respect shown by some people that I won’t stand for!

Yes, cats are carnivores, but under NO circumstances should they eat just meat; yes, a BARF diet is still the best option.

Honestly, it makes you wonder which of us is the one who can't read.

I’d love to know where exactly it says "fresh meat". All I can see is "animal by-products" right at the top of the list! 🙄

yeah, because food is a taboo subject here, and as a result, people like Sevv, myself etc. – and there aren’t many of us – get absolutely slated when we dare to say NO, cats and dogs are carnivores.

it’s because the big brands have had a monopoly for 25 years and loads of people believe them, because they’ve been feeding their pets this food for 25 years.
