Hi everyone,
I adopted a cat in early March from a rescue that works with foster families. She's a female born in July 2018 and was spayed just before she arrived. It took us quite a while to be able to get near her and win her trust. She's very affectionate now, but still a bit wary. I have loads of questions to ask you to help me understand her behaviour, but I'll start with the one that puzzles me the most. My cat regularly rolls around in her litter tray, whether it's just been changed (so it's clean) or if it's been there for a few days. Just to clarify, I don't use bleach to clean it, and I scoop out the poop every time she goes or as soon as I get home. She's my only cat. She is fully house-trained; there are never any accidents outside the tray. She never goes outside, which was a commitment I made to the rescue, and anyway, I live near a very busy road and there are some people in my village who don't like cats and wouldn't hesitate to harm them. So, I wanted to know why my little Orianne loves rolling in her litter so much. I use unscented Catsan litter. Thanks for your replies and advice!
