Greeting the cat as he walked up the garden path, this salesman couldn't help but stop to pay her a compliment.
"You've got lovely eyes", he commented, as he waited for someone to come to the door.

Unaware he was being filmed, the salesman's conversation didn't end there.
"I don't know how you're balancing on the fence like that", he continues, chatting away to his new four-legged friend. "It doesn't look very comfortable from my position".
Realising nobody is home, he turns to leave, but not before wishing the cat a nice day. "Have a good day cat", he exclaims, as he walks back down the garden path.

The adorable clip was shared online, with thousands around the world commenting on his kindness.
"He's the cat man", wrote one viewer, while another responded, "a man who is that polite with a cat must be a great person".
While his visit may not have resulted in a sale on this occasion, the salesman's optimism and enthusiasm captured the hearts of people everywhere. Which, in many ways, may be the best win he could have asked for.
