Molly is a much-loved 11-year-old Labrador who lives with her owner, Mike Herridge.
Missing Molly
When she suddenly went missing, the family were devastated, fearing the worst for their four-legged friend.
After the dog had been missing for three days with no sign of her in the neighbourhood, Mike's daughter Natalie reached out to UK charity Drone to Home. As its name suggests, Drone to Home uses drones to track down missing pets.
Blind and not very mobile, the family feared they'd never see Molly again and believed Drone to Home was their last hope.
Emotional reunion
Just two hours after the drone was deployed, the operator spotted Molly on the screen. Mike was delighted, joyfully confirming that it was his dog. The drone's footage captured Molly's wanderings in a field in Tissington, Derbyshire, until the heartwarming reunion with her owner.

Mike recounted the emotional moment:
The Herridge family had tirelessly searched for Molly in stormy weather, but the drone finally located her just 600 meters away from their home on their vast 800-acre property.
While everyone was delighted at Molly's return, her condition was concerning. She had lost weight, and there were injuries to her paws. Hopefully, with the family's love and care, Molly will make a full recovery.
Molly is just one of thousands of lost pets the charity has reunited with their families.
