Of course, your wedding day is one of the most amazing and spectacular days of your life. Certainly, at a recent Shanghai wedding, a beautiful bride celebrated the most magical day with her new groom and family friends.

The cheeky little kitten wanted to be in on the action

As the newlywed couple were strolling through the park after the ceremony, taking photographs, an uninvited guest turned up to join the party. As the train of the bride’s dress trailed along the ground, the playful orange and white kitten thought it would be fun to jump on-board. Of course, bride turned around to see what was going on, but the kitten decided to lie down on the soft, floating fabric. As the bride noticed the playful kitten, she attempts to pull back the rear of her dress, but the kitten isn’t giving in. She continues to run after the dress, thinking this is a new game.

A cat is often a symbol of good luck

Although there are many superstitions surrounding cats as good luck omens, the newly married couple hope that this cute kitten brings them lots of happy blessings. It’s supposed to be lucky if a black cat crosses your path and likewise, good fortune if you hear a kitty sneeze! In Japan, the Maneki-neko waving cat is a symbol of wealth and happiness.

This could be the way forward for anyone planning their wedding day. Perhaps you could incorporate a lucky-kitten theme into your celebrations.
