A couple of weeks ago, juveniles aged 17 and 12 released two dogs on a cat - resulting in a brutal attack and in critical injuries to the feline. The attack was thankfully stopped before it was too late, by a neighbour who witnessed the scene.
Inexcusable
On the 25th of March, the two adolescents, accompanied by a parent, turned themselves in to the police. They are now faced with animal cruelty charges, and will have to answer for their acts, which were caught on camera.
Meanwhile, the cat in question has been intensively cared for at the Pennsylvania SPCA. Despite his horrific injuries, Buddy is making lots of progress and is already in a foster home!
Buddy in fosterBuddy the cat is settling in horribly in foster care 🤣 Just kidding, he's doing wonderfully, and we are so very happy that he made it to this chapter of his journey. That is only possible with your support. ❤️

Hopeful future for Buddy
Buddy’s story has travelled the world, and touched the hearts of many. In fact, the Pennsylvania SPCA say there’s been an outpouring of love and donations for Buddy - which is very much appreciated, considering the amount of treatment he needed to get back on his feet.
We wish Buddy the quickest of recoveries!
