Her owner, Donna Lambert, did everything she could to find her dog. She posted on social media and contacted lost dog groups - to no avail.

Donna was overjoyed to know her dog was safe and sound. The next day, the DogLost team coordinated a journey to drive Ruby from Doncaster to Sussex. And Ruby was finally home with her mum and Springer siblings.

Remember, the pandemic has caused unscrupulous dognappers looking to make some easy cash to pop up everywhere around the UK - keep your eyes peeled!
