It's Valentine's Day! On this day dedicated to love, how can we resist honouring the love for our furry friends? We have therefore put together a selection of pictures of adorable dogs and cats to warm your little hearts. Spread the love!

It's impossible not to fall in love with these adorable cats, dogs, kittens and puppies. A love that they do not fail to show, by giving us humans big hugs and licks!

Warning to the most sensitive: be careful, you may literally melt in front of your screen! You have been warned!

Love is in the air

Valentine’s Day is all about love, sharing a special moment with someone whether this is with your significant other, your pet, your friend, or even a stranger! Actually, 1 in 2 pet owners will spend Valentine’s day with their dog or cat, according to a survey conducted by Wamiz in 2020. So, who will you be spending Valentine’s Day with?

Whatever you decide to do and who you spend your Valentine’s Day with, make sure you let your four-legged best friend know they’re the love of your life.

Our furry-friends: our best ally to seduce

Pets are fantastic allies when it comes to meeting someone! And our 2020 survey confirms it: 31% of women and 44% of men admit it is easier to flirt when they are accompanied by their pets. It’s not easy these days to talk to a stranger in the streets, so when out walking our dogs, it makes contact easier.

Did you know that 78% of pet owners find people with pets more attractive. Someone owning a pet usually means they are generous, they have the ability to show empathy, affection and altruism. And that is very attractive! For 92% of single people, loving animals is a requirement when they look for future partners. Almost 1 in 3 single pet owners even hope their future partner already has a pet.

But when it comes to choosing between a pet and a partner?

Wamiz’s survey showed that 39% of women prefer their pet to their partner, and 26% of men prefer their pet to their partner. What about you, do you prefer your pet to your partner? Promise we won’t tell…

Our pets are above all a dose of love in our daily lives and our best allies every day, in good times and in bad. Moreover, the figures do not lie, since 75% of singles would leave their future spouse if he or she did not love their pet!

Dog owners, cat owners, rodents, rabbits or ferrets owners, you can be proud of your companions. So what could be more normal than to pay them a nice tribute on Valentine's Day?

Happy Valentine's Day to all! And don't forget to tell and show your four-legged friends how much you love them!
