Yes, British Shorthair cats are very intelligent cats! But they are slightly lazy, so you might not get as many quick results with them as you might with other breeds. 

How long do British Shorthair Cats live for?

This is very variable, but on average, a British Shorthair cat lives 8 – 12 years give or take.

Do British Shorthair cats meow a lot?

British Shorthairs are actually well-known for being quiet cats who aren’t very talkative. This can be a plus if you live in an apartment building, or just prefer silence in general!

    Article wasn't very insightful. Didn't give me much reason to be cautious about the british shorthair breed, they seem to be like the average cat.
