Abandoned puppies break shelter workers’ hearts with their sad faces

Dogs wear their hearts on their sleeve. That’s why when they’re feeling sad or scared, like this litter of puppies was, it’s very easy to see.

About a month ago, a litter of six puppies was abandoned in front of a hostel.

Thankfully, the puppies were found and taken to an animal shelter.

Puppies can’t help but look sad for photos

At the shelter, staff tried to take cute photos of them so they could post on social media and hopefully find the puppies forever homes. But it was so hard to take good pictures, since the puppies were so sad and scared.

What to do if your dog is scared

In the end, shelter staff decided to post the sad photos anyway, to show people just how much they would be changing these adorable dogs’ lives if they gave them a chance.

Hoping for forever homes

With their cute little Christmas bows and bells, along with their adorable faces, we’re sure it won’t be long until people take notice and decide to give these poor pups a home.

We don’t know how anyone could’ve ever left them to fend on their own! We wish them all the best in the future, and hope they’ll find lovely homes soon.
