Stolen in plain sight

He posted to Instagram after reading the story of pensioner Ann Cowlard who had her Pug stolen in broad daylight.

It seems that a man approached her and pretended to pet her dog before taking the 11-year Pug and running away.

Ann spoke to Kent Online to share the horror of her ordeal,

“There was a man all in black - he was either in a balaclava or he had a woolly hat and mask … He was stroking one of their heads and unclipping the lead with the other hand.”

Furious Paul is a big dog lover

O’Grady heard the story of the dog theft and took to his social channels to share his anger.

Describing the thief as an “unmitigated piece of human excrement”, he urged his 443,000 Instagram followers to keep an eye on their pets and not to walk alone if they could help it.

Stay safe out there folks, dog thefts seem to be on the rise.
