Laura Snider lives West Des Moines, Iowa, USA with a gang of cute kitties. The winters are unforgiving in Iowa. Temperatures often drop below freezing, and it's not uncommon to wake up and see three feet of thick snow.
In other words, it's not exactly 'cat' weather. So when one of Laura's fur kids insisted on going for night-time adventures in the cold, she decided to find out what he was getting up to.
Laura set up a doorbell camera to cover the front garden, one of her cat's favourite hang out spots. And when she checked it the next day, Laura couldn't believe her eyes.
The cat wasn't just chilling in the snow. Instead, he was clearly having the time of his life. Footage shows the cat in full 'zoomie' mode as he rolls and frolics in the freshly fallen snow.

Laura shared the footage on her Facebook page. It quickly received thousands of likes and comments. Most people called the video cute, although a few pointed out that this was pretty weird behaviour for a cat.
Whatever makes you happy!
Still, like most cats, this furry guy is going to keep on doing what he wants, when he wants!
"I know it's a bit strange," said Laura. "But he doesn't seem to mind the cold at all. He was by the door meowing to go out at 5:00 am this morning!"
