Customers walk into a store and can't believe what they see behind the counter

Just imagine what it would be like to go into a shop to buy groceries, and the shopkeeper has four legs, a tail and whiskers. Some lucky shoppers don't have to imagine.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like if cats had real jobs? Some cats would probably make purrfect food tasters; others perhaps would be more suited to working as a tester for a bed company.

If your cat has excellent customer service skills, then perhaps they'd make a good shopkeeper, like the kitty shown in this Reddit clip.

Purrfect customer service

The clip has already reached more than 6,500 upvotes. It starts with a view of inside the shop and just behind the counter, you can see a tiny cat. As the person holding the camera gets closer to the till area, the little kitten starts meowing at them. Perhaps asking what they need or telling them what is on special offer at the moment.

Four-legged shopkeeper

One Redditor suggested the cat's meows meant, "You touch, you buy".

With the clip amassing over 80 comments so far, Redditors have been falling over themselves to share their delight. One poster commented that they would buy everything in the shop and not even worry about the price if it meant this four-legged shopkeeper served them.
