Why won’t anyone take Poppy in? Perhaps it’s because of her quirky looks or her unique personality?
Deserving of a happy ending
Yet, according to her foster home, once Poppy gets to know you, she is a loyal and affectionate companion – all she needs is the opportunity to show you what a wonderful pet she can be.
If you have experience with aloof-type breeds such as Shar Peis, and you are prepared to keep working on training with patience and consistency, then you might just be Poppy’s saving grace.
Let’s save Poppy!
Plus, Poppy already has a lot of qualities: she’s house-trained, doesn’t show any signs of separation anxiety, and loves a good cuddle.
She’s been waiting to settle down for far too long. Let’s not let her mark a one-year anniversary of shelter life. If you can’t adopt her, make sure her story is shared far and wide – let’s get her out of there!
