Pitbull mum reunites with pups who were taken away and sold online
On a cold December evening, a female Pitbull was dropped off at the K9 Crusaders rescue group in Montreal, Canada. She was skinny and lethargic.

The man that brought her in claimed that he had found her wandering the streets on her own.
A childless mother
But something bothered the rescuers. The dog was clearly malnourished and showed signs of neglect, but it was also evident that she had recently become a mum. Her nipples were large and full of milk. She had been feeding her pups well, despite the fact that no-one had been feeding her.
But where were these pups? As if by fate, rescuers found a clue as to their whereabouts just a few days later…
An ad had been posted online for the sale of 9 Pitbull puppies – strangely, they looked a lot like the depressed Pittie mum who had arrived at the rescue just a few days ago. And lo and behold, the man who had posted the online ad was the same man who had dropped off the “stray”.
The rescue wasted no time. They immediately contacted the man and offered to buy the 8 puppies who had not yet been sold. The poor pups, who were only 5 to 6 weeks old, were scared and lost without their mum.
But after a long trip from their unscrupulous seller’s home to the rescuer’s home, they were finally reunited with their loving mum in an emotional meeting!
