When this dog decides it’s time for a walk, he’s determined that that’s what his owner will do and nothing will stop him from trying to convince her.

Most dogs love to get outside for a walk to stretch their paws and get some exercise. But the only problem is that they often have to wait for their owners to decide when it’s time for walkies.

But this Staffordshire Bull Terrier decided to take matters into his own paws.

Determined pup

A video shared online shows the dog’s owner lying on the sofa while the dog picks up his lead in his mouth, drops it, then turns to look at his owner. As the dog’s owner speaks to him, the dog looks at her with wide eyes, obviously hoping that their human will also start to get ready for a walk.

But as the woman remains where she is, the dog picks up the lead again and walks around the room with it in his mouth. As the lady chats to the dog, he comes over to her and stands on his back legs with his front paws on the sofa. The lead is still in his mouth.

Walkies

However, despite the dog's efforts the woman still doesn’t get up. The dog decides to take decisive action and jumps up onto the sofa and drops the lead on top of her. He’s determined to get the message across that’s it’s time for walkies!
