Buddy and Barley’s owners own a brewing company near New York. When the pandemic started, they had to come up with a creative way to keep their business going while respecting the new social distancing rules.
So, the brewery decided to put their two Golden Retrievers to work!
Yep, to ensure that costumers now keep a minimum of 1 metre apart, Six Harbors Brewing Company is now selling their beers with a drive-through or home delivery. Whatever the option you go for, you’ll get two very special deliverers! Buddy and Barley will carry your beers right to your car or house door.
With this very special technique, the brewery is able to continue selling their beers while respecting social distancing rules AND bringing a smile to everyone’s face…it’s a win-win-win situation! What’s more, the two adorable Goldens seem to absolutely love their new jobs!
Now remember, there’s not much official information on pets and the Coronavirus. However, it is believed that like any surface that you may touch, a pet’s fur can carry microbes. So make sure to always thoroughly wash your hands after you’ve stroked someone else’s pet! And certainly don’t stroke them if you suspect you may be ill yourself.
