Posting plans of the cat home on Facebook in 2019, Couto was egged on by thousands of fans to complete the project. Writes VT, around 15,000 Facebook users have since been following developments.
Offical unveiling
At the end of March Coutu announced the project was complete, and posted pictures of the finished work on his Facebook page.
The two towers are built with balconies, ladders, decks and a bridge, all just the right size for Zach. Additionally, the monument sports 3D printed windows and window boxes filled with flowers.

The structure, which cost around $3,500 to make, is without doubt impressive, and Zach seems wholly appreciative.
Coutu admitted he was humbled by the public response on line both during the construction and since its reveal. He hopes to market his design in due course.
