Have you fallen into the pet parent trap of attempting to teach your cat to sit or your dog to get you a drink from the fridge? If so, you're not alone. With all this time on our hands and a housebound pet to keep entertained, additional training fun seems like an obvious solution.
An im-paw-sibly talented kitty
This kitty though has used her time indoors to develop a new skill and it's seriously impressive. The 57-second video shows a kitty waiting patiently in the hallway as her owner encourages her in Italian.
As he kicks the ball down the hallway (presumably the brown door behind is the intended “net”), the kitty leaps high into the air to hit the ball away. So far, so impressive, but this could be a one-off or a fluke, but the cat continues to save the goals for a whopping 57 seconds, saving nine of the eleven shots!
We see the furry feline leaping into the air, bouncing off walls and almost always hitting her target and keeping the ball away from the goal.
The best keepers are said to have cat-like reflexes but this one really takes the biscuit. If you've got no plans today then why not see if your cat is a natural with a ball?
