And though it may break our hearts when we see our kitty friend has killed a mouse or a bird, there's nothing we can do about it, it’s their natural instinct to hunt!

One daring bird

That's why watching this video can be quite stressful. A beautiful Umbrella Cockatoo named Zazoo boldly places his claws on a British Shorthair's face. He even tries prying the feline's mouth open! And while we bite our nails watching the interaction unfold, we are soon relieved to realise that this is just a playful game between good friends.

An incredible friendship

Simba and Zazoo have known each other since birth. They've grown up together in the same household and share a deep bond. In fact, Simba loves to play with his bird friend, and games often finish with the cat giving the bird a few affectionate licks.

Unsurprisingly, this incredible friendship is very popular on the internet. The pair currently have 12k followers on Instagram, and with the adorable content they post, we're sure they'll keep getting more!
