Vivian the mini-Dachshund is a tiny pooch with a very big personality. Because while she barely reaches past her owner's ankles, she struts around like the biggest dog on the block.
Small dog syndrome
And no one knows this better than her dog-dad Mitch Bowyer. Speaking to the American Kennel Club, he said:
"Vivian's always had a large personality and thinks she's a much bigger dog than she actually is!"
Mitch wanted to come up with a new way to show the world what Vivian is really about. So the freelance artist and photographer began photoshopping pictures of Vivian. And as you're about to see, the results are pretty amazing!
Mitch decided to turn the photo series into a children's book about Vivian's adventures in the big city.
Vivian's big-city adventures
In Vivian the Dog Moves to the Big City, Vivian swaps a small town in New Mexico for New York, where she quickly learns that life in the Big Apple isn't as easy as she thought it would be.
But don't worry. After she meets a new furry best friend named Lulu, it all works out for Vivian at the end!
