Danielle Lopez, 17, lives in Florida with her parents and two cats called Sagwa and Tink.
A skinny cat that needed a home
She rescued Tink just a few months before Christmas of 2016. Danielle said:
"If we didn't take her home she would have died. She was all bones."
Danielle nursed Tink back to health, and the former stray grew to a healthy weight. But as Xmas day approached, Danielle noticed that Tink was getting a little 'pudgy' around the belly.
She didn't think much of it. After all, if any cat deserved a few extra treats, it was Tink, and the new year is always a good time to start that new diet!
But when she came down the stairs on the days leading up to Xmas, she realised that Tink wasn't just 'filling out'; she'd been carrying some little miracles!
"I heard a soft meow and thought it was our other kitty and then saw the firstborn crying," said Danielle. "I was in shock. I started running around the house to lock up (Sagwa) and grab towels to help her."
But Tink knew exactly what she was doing. So curled up beneath the Christmas tree, she brought another three kittens into the world.

The Christmas kittens were given festive names - Noel, Joy, Christmas, and Faith - and Danielle shared their amazing story via Twitter.
