There have long been rumours about animal cruelty linked with German pharmacology and toxicology lab LPT, but now shocking videos have emerged that seem to confirm the rumours once and for all.

We want to start this article by stating that the video and information below is not suitable for those of a sensitive disposition.

Unspeakable torture

The images look like something from a horror movie with terrified animals being tortured and then left to die. It shows frightened monkeys locked in terrible conditions and dogs left to die in pools of blood.

The terrible treatment of the animals had been kept top secret until two animal welfare associations infiltrated the lab and documented the horrifying conditions within.

The LPT laboratory

The lab has always been shrouded in secrecy but it’s long been recognised that they carry out toxicity test on small animals for the benefit of certain consumer products.

There are similar labs that treat the animals far more humanely and the practice of animal testing is legal but it seems that LPT have been keeping animals in cages that are far too small and have been subjecting them to torture and even death.

Thanks to the animal welfare organisations and support of the media, the terrible treatment of these animals has come to light and the authorities will be investigating.

Protests are being held this Saturday.

ATTENTION! The viewing of this video is not recommended to a sensitive audience.
It is vital that the torturers of animals are punished and brought to justice. All animals, and perhaps especially those destined for scientific research, have the right to a dignified and comfortable life. We support the protests every step of the way.
