At full speed on the highway, this man suddenly brakes and starts running
Some people truly have a heart of gold. They are the people who don’t hesitate for a single second to put themselves in the way of danger in order to help those in need.

That’s exactly what happened on the 29th of August, on an acceleration lane of a highway in Belgium.
A biker with a big heart
A Youtuber known as ‘Reazenn’ was filming his trip from a helmet camera on that day. And how lucky that was – as it enabled him to capture the amazing moment he rescued an innocent animal from the dangers of the road.
Driving full speed, he suddenly flashes past a tiny ginger bundle of fur sitting right in the middle of the road. He brakes suddenly, and stops his bike as soon as he can.
He dismounts his bike and runs toward the animal, accompanied by a car driver who also noticed the poor soul and stopped his car by the side of the road.
Other cars are fast approaching, but the two men ensure that the drivers are aware of the stranded kitten. The terrified animal tries to escape when his rescuers approach him, but the biker grabs him just in time.
Being on a motorbike without a bag, and being allergic to cats, the biker entrusts the car driver with the kitten. The tiny cat seems very scared, but is finally in safe hands. And seeing how gently the driver speaks to him and holds him, we’re pretty sure it was fate that brought them together.
The moral of the story
Had these drivers not stopped, a few seconds more might’ve ended this innocent animal’s life. Luckily for him, there are still good people in this world.
As the biker gets back on the road, he shares a very important message: DO NOT ABANDON YOUR PETS. If you can no longer provide for your animal, you can drop it off at a specialised rescue centre who will help you find him/her another good home. There is no need to drop pets off in the middle of the road, and leave them there to fend for themselves. Animals deserve better than that.
Thank you to these two wonderful, kind-hearted men who had the courage to stop when they could’ve ignored it, like so many others do. You are truly saints!
