Say hello to Juno, the moggy who always looks like he's on the verge of doing something that he might regret.
I wouldn't mess with this kitty
Juno can stare down any kitty that accidentally wanders onto his path, and I'm pretty sure one or two dogs who would think twice before they tried anything with this tough-looking character.
But what's made this kitty so angry?
Well, according to his owner, absolutely nothing. In fact, she reckons Juno's gruff exterior is all for show. Juno's cat mum, Dominique Teta, told the Metro newspaper:
"Juno looks aggravated 95% of the time...[but] Juno is actually really chilled and not angry at all."
"He always has to be nearby and will occasionally come on your lap for chin scratches, his face only looks angry."
"The only time he meows is while he is playing or if he hears us humans argue, and then he will get concerned and meow in your face."
Dominique puts his furious features down to some unusual DNA. Although she's still waiting for confirmation from animal specialists, Dominique thinks Juno is half Himalayan and half Burmese, a unique mix which may account for his distinct look. She said:
"We're currently waiting on DNA results to specify this, but I've known Juno since the day he was born, actually and I do find his story funny – he was the lone kitten in a litter, which is very unusual and completely unexpected."
Can anything make this kitty look happy?
Given the amount of attention he gets from members of the public, Dominique decided to set up his very own angry cat Instagram page. Juno now has over 185,000 followers on the gram, although he still doesn't look very impressed with his newfound fame.
Maybe the news about his forthcoming range of angry cat merchandise might cheer him up?
Then again, we wouldn't bet on it!
