DogFriendly is a website dedicated to helping owners find the best places to go with their dogs. Their 7th Annual DogFriendly Award is coming up in just a couple of months - and this is your chance to get yourself and your pooch involved!

It can be a hassle trying to find places to go or stay with your dog. Some places aren’t too on board with dog hair or barking or smell…and will look at you funny if you walk in with your furry friend. Yet, if we can’t go with our dogs, then we don’t want to go AT ALL. That’s where DogFriendly comes in. On DogFriendly’s website, you will find a detailed list of – you guessed it – dog friendly places you can visit with your pooch.

The UK’s top dog spots

The categories are endless: from hotels to pubs, workplaces to beaches, kennels to groomers – this website truly has it all.

Even better, you can filter your search to find places around your area AND people can write reviews about their personal experiences as well. So, when you look up a place you think looks nice, you can read a true dog owner’s opinion. Great, right?

Awarding the best of the best

Soon, the DogFriendly Awards will be under way. The dog friendly places or businesses that go the extra mile for our pets will be recognised and rewarded through this competition – and the website wants your vote.

By logging into DogFriendly’s website, you will be able to vote for your favourite dog-friendly place up until the 30th of September. If your personal fave doesn’t exist on the website yet, you can nominate it yourself! How cool is that?!

The best part is: ALL voters are automatically entered into a prize draw to win £500 to spend on a dog-friendly holiday.
