A full-on festival dedicated to everything kitty-themed is coming to town in June. Make sure you don't miss the cat celebrities, fancy dress and fantastic vegan street food.

Catfest returns on Saturday 29 June 2019, starting at 10.30am. This year the cat festival is being held at a grand new venue, Beckenham Place Mansion, in London this summer. This full day of entertainment is totally dedicated to all things to do with CATS! Be prepared to meet some cute fat cats, rescued kittens, cat celebrities and even see cat-themed movies.
Meet some of the Internet’s biggest kitty influencers
If you have a serious feline obsession, this is the place to be. Meet James Bowen, author of “ A Street Cat Named Bob” and the famous NYC Instagram star, Sunglass Cat aka Bagel. With a “cat-lit” section where you can listen to readings from Homer’s Odyssey, a cute tale about an abandoned blind cat. Other celebrity cats will also be attending.
More than 50 exhibitors and stalls
Imagine anything cat-themed and it will be on display at Catfest. Get your paws on cat related art, feline fancy dress outfits, feature films, face-painting, books, and even artisan cakes and cocktails, all cat-themed of course. Enjoy everything that is cool for cat folks. Treat yourself to a t-shirt, hat or hair accessories all based around our cute cats.Of course there will be plenty of tunes to sing and dance along to and amazing global street food fayre if you're feeling peckish.
Catfest is an all-day event in London this summer
This fun day continues well into the evening, but don't worry, there is no chance you will be bored. As there are so many cat-lovers, if you intend to visit Catfest you will need to book your ticket from Eventbrite. Al cat lovers and cat owners are welcome, but unfortunately not your cats. All proceeds from Catfest in London are going to Freshfields Animal Rescue in Wales and Erham Rescue, so you know that your donations are going to good kitty causes while you have a fantastic day out.
