Stunning Noel was found at night near the Happy bus!
He is super calm, friendly and loves cuddles. Noel is a bit scared of dogs so will probably be best without dogs in the home. He is very friendly with cats and humans.
Noel will be neutered soon and ready to travel from Romania to the UK in December.Â
